Silent Yoga

bikram chowdryBring 100 percent of your attention inwards during these magical meditational sessions. Allow your breath, knowledge and intuition to lead you deeper into your practice. Connecting you to how yoga was traditionally practised, find your harmony and find yourself! Your teacher will be at the front leading each asana and helping students to synchronise their movements in and out of postures. Some sessions will include relaxing background music to help your mind drift away into a state of tranquillity and bliss. As the teacher’s instruction are minimal, these sessions are only suitable for more experienced students.

Silent Yoga takes place on a Sunday at 6.15pm.
