We Teach Bikram Yoga, Fierce Grace Yoga And Inferno Hot Pilates

All of our classes are practiced in a room heated to 105°F (40.6°C) with a humidity of 40%.

Bikram Yoga

During every Bikram Yoga class you progressively and systematically work every single muscle in your body.  Powerful for rehabilitating knee and back injuries, the Bikram series is the ultimate class for strengthening the nervous system, stress relief and feeling that Bikram Buzz- amazing endorphin release.  This is your core practice, the bread and butter of our studio.

Inferno Hot Pilates

A training system which combines classic Pilates with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). All in 40 degree heat, with pumping music and a fun, high-energy party atmosphere.  The ultimate class for sculpting your body, strengthening your core and feeling that muscle BURN.

Fierce Grace Yoga

Fierce Grace is a new hot yoga system developed in London.  The 90 minute class is a combination of Bikram Yoga, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga,  Performed to music, this invigorating yoga series is a great compliment to your Bikram practice.containing more arm strengtheners, hip stretches and core work as well as sun salutations and other fun yoga postures to try.

Deep Core Yoga

The most popular class in the Fierce Grace series.  Warming up with some strong standing postures, this class is performed mainly on the floor.  Working deeply into the hips with lots of beautiful stretches.  A relaxing class that’s all about release, great for runners and cyclists.

Pregnancy Yoga

Relaxation, pranayama, visualizations and meditation for the prenatal mother. Learn more about Moola Bandha, the importance of a healthy pelvic floor and how the alignment of the pelvis affects its’ engagement.  Rejuvenate mentally, physically and emotionally with breath work and deep relaxation.  Come and meet other expecting mums and nourish your pregnancy glow.

Turning up the heat for strength, stamina, flexibility and detoxification

At high temperatures, muscles and connective tissue become more elastic, allowing for greater flexibility with less chance of injury.  Synovial fluid inside the joints becomes thinner allowing a greater range of movement in joints.

The heat also increases the intensity of the class.  Your heart-rate becomes elevated and you get a powerful cardio-vascular workout. Increased circulation means more oxygen and nutrition transported to skin, muscles, glands and organs.  Sweating allows you to completely detoxify your system, flushing out waste products and energising the body.

This is truly the ultimate work-out for body and mind. Willpower, self-control and determination are strengthened in this demanding environment and through consistent practice, endurance levels are raised.
